DO YOU PERFORM QUALITY CHECK BEFORE SHIPPING THE SUNGLASSES?

Yes, we certainly do! As a matter of fact, a card is included with each purchase with the name of the person who inspected them.

HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY SUNGLASSES?

We recommend that you clean your sunglasses with a soft cloth and store your sunglasses in a pouch or a case of your preference. Let’s be honest here, if you don’t take care of your sunglasses, they will get damaged. For example, wearing them on top of your head or placing them on a car dashboard can cause the frames to stretch and damage the lenses. Try to avoid leaving your sunglasses face down as this can cause scratches on the lenses. If you find your sunglasses' temples are loose, you can gently tighten the screws found in the hinges (between the temples and frame).

WHY ARE SOME OF THE SUNGLASSES LIGHTER THAN OTHERS?

The materials in each style of our sunglasses can vary. Some are made of metal, some of polycarbonate and other materials. Therefore, they all have different weights, that is why we have included the weight in the description of each sunglass.

HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

The measurement of sunglasses is often written as three consecutive numbers on the arm: Lens Width, Bridge Width and Temple Width.

The bridge width is the minimum horizontal distance between the nasal surfaces of the rims on a polycarbonate or metal frame, or the minimum horizontal distance between the nasal surfaces of the lenses in rimless frames. If a frame has adjustable nose pads on metal arms various modifications can be made to achieve a satisfactory fit. Increasing the distance between the pads may be appropriate in cases when: The frame size is sitting too high on the face; the bridge is too small a fitting for the nose or the distance from the eye to the lens is too great. Decreasing the distance between the pads may be appropriate in cases when the frame sits too low on the face, the bridge is too low for the nose or the lenses are sitting too close to the eyes and lashes. The lens width is the distance between the vertical sides of a rectangle containing the lens shape in mm.The temple Width is measured from the dowel point to the extreme end of the side, this is made up of the length to the bend and the length of the drop to give the overall length of side.

WHY DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT PROP 65?

Proposition 65 has been a California state law since 1986. Passed as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act , "Prop 65," as it is commonly known, regulates the presence of certain chemical substances found in products sold in California, or present in the workplace in California. The goals of Prop 65 are to protect California's drinking water sources from contamination by these chemicals and to allow California consumers, residents and workers the information necessary to make informed choices so they can take precautions about the products they purchase or exposures they might receive to potentially hazardous chemicals.
